Leach has over 35 years of experience in plastics and packaging across a broad array of industries and processes. He previously served as the President and CEO of Tegrant Corporation, a diversified packaging company serving the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, automotive and appliance industries. Prior to Tegrant, Leach served as President of SCA Packaging North America and as CEO of Alloyd Corporation.
CFO at Novipax
Jeff brings more than 15 years of financial experience to the position, along with in-depth private equity experience. He joins Novipax from Coveris where he was the CFO for the Americas Food & Consumer Division. Previously, Jeff worked for various Cerberus Capital Management Portfolio companies in VP / Controller roles. Prior to these roles, Jeff worked in Public Accounting, most recently as a Manager in the PwC Transaction Services Group. Jeff holds a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Vice President of Manufacturing
Jeff began his career in Manufacturing Management more than 27 years ago, and obtained his BA in Business from Ottawa University. Jeff has held various leadership roles throughout his career in manufacturing excellence, primarily in custom packaging solutions ranging from corrugated containers, thermoformed plastics and custom shape-molded foam in pharmaceutical, automotive, and food packaging applications. Most recently Jeff was the Director of Manufacturing at Sonoco Products.
Vice President of Processor Sales
Dana has over twelve years of experience in sales and strategic account management within the food processing industry, including eight years as a Corporate Account Manager at Intralox, LLC, a global leader in automation and conveyor solutions. In 2015, she joined Novipax as a Director of National Accounts, where she focused on leading sales efforts for Tyson foods. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Vice President of Distribution Sales
John Terrien has over 25 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry. With increasingly responsible sales management positions, John has worked effectively with all facets of the supply chain, including packaging manufacturers and distributors, food processors, and grocery retailers. John has played a key role in the development and commercialization of several revolutionary absorbent products, including the compostable UltraZapEnviroPak, highly absorbent UltraZapSuperSorb, and the patented active food safety absorbent, UltraZapXtendaPak. John is a member of the Strategic Account Managers Association (SAMA) and a past member of the American Meat Institute advisory board.
Vice President of Human Resources & Customer Service
Noël has more than nine years of experience in human resources in the packaging industry, including serving as the VP of Human Resources for Mondi Group, where she was responsible for the Industrial Packaging division in the US and Mexico. Prior, Noël was with Graphic Packaging in roles of increasing responsibility in both benefits and human resource generalist functions. Noël has another 10-plus years of experience in human resource roles outside of the packaging industry, including Aon, a global insurance company, and most recently serving as an AVP in the Benefits Outsourcing/Consulting group. Noël holds her bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Sarah has over ten years of experience in strategic management and performance improvement, including eight years as a Management Consultant in pricing, sales, operations and supply chain. Prior to joining Novipax, Sarah was a Senior Manager with A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm focused on operations performance improvement and strategic sourcing. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University, and an MBA from Boston University.
