Chief Executive Officer
Keith Schroeder is a dynamic business leader with senior management experience across several related vertical markets. As CEO of Novipax, Keith leverages his knowledge of the absorbent industry to position the company for continued success and future expansion by focusing on operational excellence, new product development, customer satisfaction and financial discipline. Before joining Novipax in early 2019, Keith was President and Chief Executive Officer of Xcaliber International, an Oklahoma-based manufacturer of consumer products. Prior to that, Keith spent 20 years in the fiber-related private label tissue business, holding executive positions in finance with Orchids Paper Products Company, Kruger, Inc. and Global Tissue. Keith is a graduate of the University of Evansville, earning a BS degree in Accounting.
Chief Financial Officer
During her five-year tenure with Novipax, Cara Rogers has utilized her strong skills in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial accounting, revenue recognition and purchase accounting. As the CFO of Novipax, Cara is responsible for all facets of the company’s financial and accounting activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and contracts. Prior to Novipax, Cara was the Corporate Accounting Manager with Thoughtworks, a global software consultancy. Cara also served as a Senior Associate, Assurance and Financial Advisory with Crowe Horwath LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm. Cara earned a BS in Accountancy and a Masters in Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Vice President, Sales
John Terrien has been actively involved in the absorbent packaging market throughout his successful 30-year career in sales management. As Vice President of Sales with Novipax, John works closely with the leading food processors, grocery retailers, packaging manufacturers and distributors to ensure that their packaged fresh products maintain their consumer appeal. John is recognized for his collaborative approach while working with clients to identify the food safety absorbent that is ideally suited for their specific packaging application. John is a past member of the American Meat Institute advisory board and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in Marketing.
Vice President, Operations
Rich Beu, with a diverse business experience in the absorbent industry, is uniquely qualified to lead manufacturing teams that develop new engineering processes and solutions. As Vice-President, Operations, Rich utilizes his thorough understanding of Novipax’s entire organization – planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, product research and development – to efficiently produce innovative products for the absorbent market. Rich’s precise and focused approach to product engineering reflects his earlier work as a nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy submarine force. Rich attended the University of New Mexico where he earned a BS degree in Applied Engineering Mathematics with dual engineering minors.
Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President, Business Development, Lindsay Riehle combines her strong knowledge of product development, food science, government affairs and technical sales to lead the company’s new product and business initiatives. Lindsay was instrumental in the successful application of active ingredients into absorbent mediums, creating new applications and benefits for Novipax’s food safety products. In her current leadership role, Lindsay works closely with Novipax’s product development, regulatory, operations and sales teams to introduce value-added products to numerous market channels. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, earning a BS in Biological Sciences while also competing on the Women’s Golf Team.
