Keith Schroeder is a dynamic business leader with senior management experience across several related vertical markets. As CEO of Novipax, Keith leverages his knowledge of the absorbent industry to position the company for continued success and future expansion by focusing on operational excellence, new product development, customer satisfaction, and financial discipline. Before joining Novipax in early 2019, Keith was President and Chief Executive Officer of Xcaliber International, an Oklahoma-based manufacturer of consumer products. Prior to that, Keith spent 20 years in the fiber-related private label tissue business, holding executive positions in finance with Orchids Paper Products Company, Kruger, Inc. and Global Tissue. Keith is a graduate of the University of Evansville, earning a BS degree in Accounting.
