As Vice President, Human Resources for Novipax, Kerstin Falvey brings her extensive human resources experience and progressive business mindset to oversee and transform a range of services aimed at creating a great employee experience, acquisition integration, organizational design, and workforce planning/development. In this role, Kerstin has worked to create and foster a CREW atmosphere focused on the Novipax mission, vision and values; one focused on building a strong workforce committed to delivering high-quality products. Kerstin has over ten years of manufacturing human resources experience, notably with Oil-Dri Corporation of America where she served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager. Kerstin earned bachelor’s degrees from Illinois State University in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. She holds her Professional in Human Resources certification.
