During her tenure with Novipax, Cara Rogers has utilized her strong skills in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial accounting, revenue recognition, and purchase accounting. As the CFO of Novipax, Cara is responsible for all facets of the company’s financial and accounting activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and contracts. Prior to Novipax, Cara was the Corporate Accounting Manager with ThoughtWorks, a global software consultancy. Cara also served as a Senior Associate, Assurance and Financial Advisory with Crowe Horwath LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm. Cara earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy and a Masters of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
