Our goal is simple:

to safeguard the future.

At Novipax, we’re guided by two principles. A better quality of life starts with safer, more sustainable products. And that strong communities have strong, ethical businesses at their core. For almost 60 years, we’ve engineered the most reliable absorbent solutions for food, healthcare, and beyond.

And while we’re always innovating new ways that absorbent technology can improve everyday life, we never lose focus on what’s important. From our local communities to our shared global environment, we manufacture American-made products that protect the things that matter most—and safeguard the future.

We’re building a safer, more sustainable world

Our commitment to the environment doesn’t end with products engineered to reduce food waste. From using 100% post-industrial fiber in our tissue-based products, to offering compostable absorbents, to recycling nearly all the water in our paper process, our philosophy has always been to conserve precious natural resources wherever possible.

And creating stronger
communities along the way

We believe we’re only as successful as the American communities where we operate. That’s why we’re committed to doing everything we can to make them better places for our neighbors to live, work, and play. From providing lifelong career opportunities to our valued team members to investing in community betterment initiatives with real-world impact, we measure success one family at a time.
