With a diverse business experience in the absorbent industry, Rich Beu is uniquely qualified to lead manufacturing teams that develop new engineering processes and solutions. As Vice President, Engineering, Rich utilizes his thorough understanding of Novipax’s entire organization—planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, product research, and development—to efficiently produce innovative products for the absorbent market. Rich’s precise and focused approach to product engineering reflects his earlier work as a nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy submarine force. Rich attended the University of New Mexico where he earned a BS degree in Applied Engineering Mathematics with dual engineering minors.
